About us

about-sidebar Sonar AS is a staffing and recruitment company with headquarters at Helsfyr in Oslo, and branches in Østfold, Vestfold and Buskerud. Sonar AS was established in 2005 by organisational psychologist Sjur A. Tveito, and our ambition has always been to go all the way to provide the best solutions for clients and candidates.

For the first ten years, Sonar AS was a member of the Rett Bemanning franchise, but left in to be independent in 2015. Today, Sonar AS consists of 14 dedicated staffing and recruitment specialists with many years’ experience in finding the right candidate for the job.

We solve assignments within most disciplines, but focus on vacancies at all levels within construction, finance and accounting, as well as office and administration.
